Are you looking for some fun activities to do with your family? Below is a list of upcoming events at your local Somerville libraries.

Jungle Jim’s Minecraft Madness at the Library

On June 19th from 3:00-4:30PM Minecraft Madness will be held at the Central Library located at 79 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143. Jim from “Build a Better World” will guide kids through the magical world of The Summer Reading Adventure with activities, including the creation of the incredible Giant Dragon, the sensational Building Block Madness Tournament and the riveting Zombie Chase. Kathryn Smith Author Talk

Kathryn Smith will be hosting a talk on “The Gatekeeper: Missy LeHand, FDR, and the Untold Story of the Partnership that Defined a Presidency” June 19th from 6:00-8:00PM at the Central Library located at 79 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143. Free Business Counseling and Mentoring

Experienced business professionals from Boston SCORE will be offering free and confidential business advice from June 20th from 10:00AM-3:00PM at Central library located at 79 Highland Ave, Somerville MA 02143. Family Game Night

Visit the East Branch Library located at 115 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145, for monthly Family Game Night on June 22nd from 6:30 to 8:30PM will take place. All ages are welcome. East Branch Library Book Club

Visit the East Branch located at 115 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145 for a discussion of “The Orphan Train” by Christina Baker Kline on June 23rd at 11:00AM.
