The Greenway Open Market
The opening of the Greenway Open Market is just around the corner, with the market scheduled to be open for business on Saturday, May 2nd. The vibrant arts market is known for featuring area artists, crafters and independent designers. The Greenway Open Market will be open every Saturday through October 10th. The hours will be 11:00 am to 5:00 pm throughout May, June, August, September and October. During the month of July, hours will be extended to 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. It is located near Rings Fountain along the Wharf District Parks on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in the downtown area. SoWa Open Market
The SoWa Open Market is considered to be the sister market to the Greenway Open Market. Open on Sundays from May 3rd through October 25th, the juried market features independent designers, crafters, artisans and fine arts artists.
The SoWa Open Market is located at 460C Harrison Avenue just one block from the SoWa Farmers Market and 3 blocks from the SoWa Food Trucks. Hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
South End Farmers Market
The award-winning South End Farmers Market features 60 food stands offering a variety of culinary delights. Available offerings typically include dairy products, fresh produce, herbs and meats from local farms, with unusual and creative gourmet goods and services being the norm.
The South End Farmers Market is open every Sunday from May 3rd through October 25th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The market is located at 500 Harrison Avenue, just one block from the South End Arts Market and the South End Food Trucks.
South End Food Trucks
If you prefer to purchase food that has already been prepared for you, the South End Food Trucks may be what you are looking for. Open every Sunday from May 3rd through October 25th with hours from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, the South End Food Trucks consists of 25 trucks offering a variety of scrumptious foods to select from. Typical offerings include gourmet pizza, tacos, grilled cheese sandwiches, rice and veggies, ice cream, espresso and even bacon. The South End Food Trucks are located at 540 Harrison Avenue in front of the old power station building, just a couple of blocks away from the South End Arts Market and the South End Farmers Market.
